Rovan Cosmetics

  1. Definitions
    • "Seller" refers to Rovan Cosmetics, including its affiliates and subsidiaries.
    • "Buyer" refers to the individual or entity purchasing products from Rovan Cosmetics.
    • "Goods" refers to the cosmetic products sold by Rovan Cosmetics.
    • "Agreement" refers to the contract formed between Rovan Cosmetics and the Buyer regarding the sale of Goods.
  2. Order and Acceptance
    • By placing an order, the Buyer makes an offer to purchase Goods from Rovan Cosmetics.
    • Rovan Cosmetics reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its discretion.
    • An order is considered accepted when Rovan Cosmetics confirms the order by email, or when the Goods are shipped to the Buyer.
  3. Pricing
    • All prices for Goods are listed on the Rovan Cosmetics website or as otherwise specified by Rovan Cosmetics at the time of purchase.
    • Prices are subject to change without notice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
    • Any applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be added to the total price at checkout.
  4. Payment Terms
    • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
    • Rovan Cosmetics accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment systems.
    • If payment is not received, Rovan Cosmetics reserves the right to withhold the shipment of Goods until payment is completed.
  5. Delivery
    • Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of order, but are not guaranteed.
    • Delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer, and risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer once the Goods are delivered.
    • Rovan Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or circumstances beyond its control.
  6. Inspection and Acceptance
    • The Buyer must inspect the Goods immediately upon delivery and notify Rovan Cosmetics of any defects, discrepancies, or damages within 7 days of receipt.
    • Failure to notify Rovan Cosmetics within this time period will constitute acceptance of the Goods as satisfactory.
  7. Warranties
    • Rovan Cosmetics warrants that its Goods will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.
    • No other warranties, express or implied, are provided by Rovan Cosmetics.
    • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use or handling of the Goods by the Buyer.
  8. Returns and Exchanges
    • Returns and exchanges are allowed only if the Goods are defective or damaged during shipping, or if the wrong items were delivered.
    • The Buyer must contact Rovan Cosmetics within 7 days of receipt for a return or exchange.
    • The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the Goods are defective or incorrect.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    • Rovan Cosmetics' liability is limited to the total price of the Goods purchased.
    • Rovan Cosmetics is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or sale of its Goods.
  10. Force Majeure

  11. Intellectual Property

    • These Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  13. Dispute Resolution
    • Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration under the laws of Egypt, or in the courts of Egypt, at Rovan Cosmetics' discretion.
  14. Amendments
    • Rovan Cosmetics reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated Terms and Conditions will apply to all orders placed after the date of the update.
  15. Severability
    • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
